7. 30-day Return Policy: We do our best to ensure you get the right equipment the first time, but due to area specific cellular network challenges there are situations where we won't know if a system will meet your expectations. In these cases, we will provide you with our best educated guess for a solution to test. In the event the equipment doesn't provide satisfactory results, we offer a full refund (less shipping costs) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply call our toll free number to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
8. Fast Shipping: We take pride in being able to ship 99% of our orders within 1 working day. Orders received before 12PM Mountain time normally ship the same day.
