Wilson 60dB In-Building Wireless Amplifier for PCS frequencies (1900MHz - used by most cell providers except Nextel and Southern Linc). This unit will provide up to 2500 SQFT of coverage depending on your outside signal strength and building construction. For cellular providers that have both 800 and 1900MHz available in your area, use an 800MHz cellular wireless amplifier as they will normally provide better inside coverage. Requires no physical attachment to cell phone. A 120V AC power supply is included. Requires internal and external antennas (purchased separately). (N female connections).

Wireless amplifier has automatic gain control to adjust gain from 30dB to 60dB in 2dB increments. Automatic shutdown on overload.

The FCC approved Wilson Cellular Wireless Amplifier has a better receiver than what's in your cellphone. Its advanced electronics are very sensitive and able to receive small signals which would go undetected by most cellphones. A cellphone using our amplifier is safer and will use less battery power because the phone thinks it's much closer to a cell site than it actually is. Phones vary their power output based on their proximity to cell sites. Therefore, your phone transmits less power - resulting in safer use and longer battery life.

The amplifier requires both an internal antenna (usually a Dome antenna) and external antenna (usually a directional Yagi antenna or omni-directional fiberglass antenna) which can be found in the "Related Products" area below. The wireless amplifier comes with N female connectors so some antennas may require a separate connector.
