If you are not completely satisfied, the merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at 800-713-3001 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. RMA numbers are valid for two weeks from date of issue. If product hasn't been returned within the two week validity period, another RMA number will need to be assigned (assuming the 30 day return window has not passed).
We will refund the entire purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling) upon receipt of returned merchandise in its original condition and with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items received in other than new condition and/or without their original packaging. Refund processing may take up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise.
